Exchanges & Returns Form
At Cocowod we give you a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, much longer than any AMRAP, and you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
Please read the guidelines below for more details:
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition (i.e. unworn, unused, unwashed). Items must also have the original tags attached to be accepted
- If the return is due to our mistake (hey, it can happen) or faulty items, the return shipping costs are free, without further explanation
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or model, or there are no objective reasons to return your item (we hope this never happens), you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our outlet. In any case, we’ll let you know the shipping costs before doing anything.

Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances of suspicious claims regarding orders having been placed, but not received, or if items are returned after they have been worn or used, or the items returned do not match what you have ordered, we reserve the right to withhold any refunds and block your account from placing further orders.
